I am passionate about working with people and I am committed to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals, maintaining their motivation and leading them towards attainable goals.
As an accomplished Fitness expert, lifestyle coach and personal trainer, with seven years’ experience in the industry, I have continuously and restlessly devoted time and resources to improve and be on the cutting edge of the trends in our industry.
By way of qualifications, I have a University Degree in Anatomy and Physiology (Exercise Science), Sports Conditioning, and Training in Different Environments. I am also qualified in Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, TRX, Bootcamp (HIIT), and Resistance Based Training.
As a personal trainer and coach, I have understood at a very early stage of my career that, in order provide the most positive impact on my clients’ lives, I must take the time to get to know them and develop a sense of mutual trust and understanding.
After working in this industry all my life, I have noticed that being a personal trainer has become so ordinary and accessible that it’s difficult to differentiate good coaching, from World-class coaching.
My aim is to make a difference with every client I have the opportunity to work with, and improve their lifestyles as a whole in its entirety, by passing on skills and knowledge that I have learned throughout my years as a trainer and coach.
