Personal Training 1:1

At  FIT23 Gym Dubai we use sport-specific conditioning, intense full body circuits, strength training and endurance training in our custom personal training workouts. These high-intensity workouts can be performed by any person looking to improve their fitness. Our personal training programs are guaranteed to produce the results you need.

Monthly costs for our transformation programmes start at 2,800 AED per month.

Semi-Private Training Programmes

We also offer semi-private training which allows you to share your sessions with a few friends. If you have a more specific goal, a schedule that doesn’t allow you to make the group class times, or just feel more comfortable working more closely with a personal trainer this is a great option for you.

With your one on one or semi-private training, you will get the full focus and attention from your personal trainer who will design the best program, encourage and support you, and ensure you achieve your goals.

  • Private and semi-private sessions are 2 to 6 days per week.
  • Semi-private groups are limited to 4 members
  • Initial assessment, nutritional programming, and reporting
